At Noelle Muñoz Jewelry, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience — from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Please review our shipping guidelines below.Order Processing
  • In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be clearly noted in product description.
  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following U.S. shipping options at checkout:
  • UPS Standard Shipping (free with orders over $100)
  • UPS 2-day Shipping
  • UPS Overnight Shipping
Damaged or Missing Items
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package by emailing Noelle@NoelleMunozJewelry.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Damaged items must be returned before a replacement is issued.
  • We will provide and cover the cost of the return shipping label in these cases.
Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Back Items)
If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item or exchanging an item under our Exchange Policy, please note:
  • Items must be shipped back in a box to protect the jewelry (not in a pouch or envelope).
  • We are not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging or for items lost in return shipping- we recommend tracked and insured shipping.
  • You may either purchase a return label from us or arrange your own insured shipping label.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for courier delays once a package has left our studio.
