Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items in original, unworn condition. Exchanges must be initiated within two weeks of receiving your order, except for orders placed in December, which are eligible for exchange until January 10 or two weeks after receipt, whichever is later.

To start an exchange, email us at noelle@noellemunozjewelry.com. Please include your order number and the item you wish to exchange.Eligibility
  • Item must be in original condition, unworn, and with original packaging.
  • Products must be shipped back in a box, not in a pouch or envelope, to protect the jewelry during transit.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in shipping or items damaged due to improper packaging.
Shipping Your Exchange:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may:
  • Purchase a return label from us (email us for details), or
  • Arrange your own insured shipping.
Sale Items:
Sale items may be exchanged unless marked Final Sale in the product description.

Custom Orders:
Custom designs and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchange Value:
Any difference in price will be issued as a store credit gift card. This credit can be applied toward a future purchase.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Exchanges only.
