1. Download the printable tool here and print it.
2. Follow the steps on the printable tool to find your measurement. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for comfort.

1. Take a piece of non stretch string or ribbon (a charging cord also works well) and firmly wrap it around the base of your wrist. For the most accurate and comfortable fit, measure around the widest part of your wrist, typically above the wrist bone.
2. With a pen, mark the point on the string where the ends meets.
3. Measure the string in inches with a ruler. Your measurement will be your size, I have added room for comfort within each size so you do not have to do that.
