When will my order ship?
Order lead times are listed in each product description.
- Quick Ship items: Ship within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order items: Ship within 5–14 business days.
How long will shipping take once my order is on its way?
We ship via UPS Ground (standard). Delivery times typically range from 1–4 business days depending on your location. At checkout, you may also select expedited options such as 2-Day or Overnight shipping.
Are all of your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is an original Noelle Munoz design and handmade either in our Charlotte, North Carolina studio or in collaboration with trusted artisan partners.
What metals do you use?
- Sterling Silver – the foundation of much of our work.
- Gold-Plated – crafted in sterling silver and plated with 14k gold.
- Fine Jewelry – available in solid 10k, 14k, or 18k gold.
Select designs may also be custom-ordered in the metal of your choice.
Why do sterling silver pieces tarnish?
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver blended with copper, which naturally reacts to oxygen, moisture, and skin oils. This reaction causes tarnishing—a normal and expected characteristic of sterling silver. (See care instructions below for tips on prevention and cleaning.)
How do I care for my jewelry?
Jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care to avoid scratching, denting, or damaging components such as earring backs. For cleaning sterling silver and our gold plated pieces:
- We recommend Wright’s Silver Cream and a soft sponge (often included with the cream).
- Gently apply, rinse with warm water, and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid contact with soft stones (such as turquoise or opal).
- Do not use silver cream on pieces with an oxidized (dark gray/black) finish, as it will remove the patina.
Do you take custom orders?
We are not currently accepting fully custom design commissions. However, we are happy to customize existing designs (length, size, metal, or gemstone) upon request.
Can I return my jewelry?
Exchanges are accepted within two weeks of delivery date (holiday orders extended to Jan. 10).

- Exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase (Dec orders extended to Jan. 10)
- Price differences issued as store credit
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost
